Terms & Conditions

In order to avoid any misunderstandings, below are our terms and conditions of business. 

Bookings, cancellations and deposits

  • All bookings are considered provisional until a 25% deposit has been received.
  • This deposit is non-refundable and the balance should be paid in full on the day of the event.
  • Five days before a function, no further changes will be accepted. This includes such things are catering numbers, time and place of venue and special requirements.
  • We do not accept liability for failure to provide our service due to circumstances beyond our control.
  • Cancellations within 7 days of an event will incur the full fee.
  • If you should need to postpone an event up to 7 days before booking, we will retain booking fee for a future date, at no extra cost.

Serving time

We have a serving time of approximately one hour depending on numbers.  If you decide you would like to eat later than the requested time or would like service to go on longer than usual, we will need to charge an extra £14 OR €17 per hour per staff member attending the event.

Travel

£1 per mile or €0.80 per mile extra

Leftover Food

We do not accept liability for any leftover food which we leave with the customer after our chef has left the site.
