Privacy
A clear note about the enquiry form.
When you submit a quote enquiry, the details you provide are sent by email to the team handling Challas enquiries.
When you send an enquiry
The quote form sends your event and contact details to mm@bwf.co so the team can respond to your request. The form does not save enquiries in a website database. Your enquiry is retained in the recipient’s email system.
Homepage video
The video player is loaded from YouTube only when you choose Play. YouTube may process information about your visit under its own privacy policy.
Contacting Challas
If you send an email, Challas will receive the details included in your message and can reply using the contact information you provide. Do not include sensitive information in an enquiry.
Before launch
This is interim privacy information. Confirm it against the final hosting setup and replace it with Challas’ approved privacy wording before the site goes live.
