Chopped “Biltong” (dried cured beef) on a mini char grilled crostini with gem lettuce and Challas home made sweet tomato chutney.
Smoked salmon roulade with Challas mild wasabi mayo on a mini Ritz cracker garnished with lemon
zest.
Mushroom tapenade on a cheese cracker with lemon/lime marinated cherry tomato and yellow
peppers. (Vegetarian)
