Champagne or sparkling wine that client supplies – We serve
Coffee and Tea served with short bread on the side

Canapés

Chopped “Biltong” (dried cured beef) on a mini crostini with rocket and Challas home made sweet tomato chutney.
Smoked salmon roulade with Challas mild wasabi mayo on a mini cracker garnished with lemon zest.
Mushroom tapenade on a cheese cracker with lemon/lime marinated cherry tomato and yellow peppers. (V)

“Hoender Sosaties” Mini marinated chicken curry skewers with apricot & red onion
“Boere wors” South African style beef sausage on cocktail sticks with Challas home made tomato chutney.

A vegetarian skewer with olive oil and our homemade veggie spices
