Health and Safety
- We have done everything possible to ensure the safety and reliability of our spit roast machines.
- Our spit roast machines are safe to use inside in a ventilated area – there is no mess and no smoke.
- The machines have been Corgi certified and are maintained and tested regularly by a qualified Corgi engineer.
- We have included an extra layer of stainless steel with an air gap in order to decrease surface heat and risk of burning – this means that the outside is safe to touch – although be careful, it’s still quite hot during cooking!
Peace of Mind
- We are fully insured with public and product liability up to £5 million
- All our chefs are fully trained and qualified in food hygiene.
- All our meat is digitally probed to ensure that it is fully cooked and ready to serve.
- We always have a first aid kit and fire extinguisher on site.
- We are fully HAACP and HSA registered.
- We are fully CE certified
