Health and Safety

  • We have done everything possible to ensure the safety and reliability of our spit roast machines.
  • Our spit roast machines are safe to use inside in a ventilated area – there is no mess and no smoke.
  • The machines have been Corgi certified and are maintained and tested regularly by a qualified Corgi engineer.
  • We have included an extra layer of stainless steel with an air gap in order to decrease surface heat and risk of burning – this means that the outside is safe to touch – although be careful, it’s still quite hot during cooking!

Peace of Mind

  • We are fully insured with public and product liability up to £5 million
  • All our chefs are fully trained and qualified in food hygiene.
  • All our meat is digitally probed to ensure that it is fully cooked and ready to serve.
  • We always have a first aid kit and fire extinguisher on site.
  • We are fully HAACP and HSA registered.
  • We are fully CE certified

Fully Certified

  • The machine has been designed to adhere to the Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC and conforms to the following British Standards;
  • BS EN ISO 12100:2003 Parts 1 & 2 Safety of Machinery
  • BS EN ISO 14121-1:2007 Safety of Machinery – Principles of Risk Assessment
  • EN 1672-2:2005 + A1:2009 Food Processing Machinery – Basic Concepts – Part 2: Hygiene Requirements
