Your meat is sourced from the butcher that morning and transported to its destination. Your chef will arrive with a raw product so that you can see the whole cooking process first hand.

Because of the unique design of the machine, your meat of choice does not have to be cooked the night before and will always be cooked onsite, meaning that you get the freshest product possible, right off the bone and onto your plate.

Our spit roast machine operates indoors as it is completely smoke free, or right outside the door well covered by our gazebo – No Smoke No Mess
